How do I easily conference in my number?

Save your unique number to your phone’s contact list. Add this contact to your favorite list on your phone. That way, it will be easily accessible when starting the conference.

Does the call show the client’s name?

Call history will show the time the recording was made. You can easily reference the caller from your contacts. We plan to add the feature to add the caller name on our 2023 roadmap.

Can I record from a desk phone as well?

Yes! Any phone that has the ability to do conferencing (sometimes known as three way calling) can use Clear Call Recording.

What is the storage limit?

Your recording system comes standard with enough storage for about 50 hours of recording. This is typically enough for most customers. If you need more space, the system will automatically add enough for an additional 100 hours for an additional $10 per month.
